Processing/Shipping

 

We ship orders Monday-Friday.

Please allow 1-3 business days for orders to be processed. 

Expedited shipping is available make sure to check out with the correct option. 

Due to worldwide issues items may be but are not subject to be delayed so allow 2-4 extra business days for processing and shipping time. Thank you for your patience babe!

 

Incorrect Address

We inspect each and every order upon packaging products to ensure the best quality. Once items are sent out ALX beauty Lab is NOT responsible for incorrect addresses. If you have entered an incorrect address contact us immediately at support@alxbeautylab.com. If we have not been contacted within 24 hours with the correct address after confirmation was sent, items will be sent to the address on file. 

 

Lost Packages

Once items are sent out ALX beauty Lab is NOT responsible for any items lost in transit.
