Due to the nature of our products and the health of our customers, ALL SALES ARE FINAL (unless you have received the wrong item, if so contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.)
Note: Products must NOT show any signs of being worn/used to be considered for any exchange.
If you have received the wrong item/s or missing item/s please contact us at support@alxbeautylab.com with name, order number, as well as a screenshot of your order summary along with proof of what items were missing or incorrect. We will evaluate and correct the issue.
